Cecile Welten wins Painting of the Year 2022 with her painting 'When the music starts to fade'.
Saturday, February 4, she was honored as the winner during Art Eindhoven 2023 during prize giving ceremony and the announcement of the top 10 of Painting of the Year 2022. From the hands of the jurymembers Ralph Keuning, Edwin Becker and organizer Raoul Locht, she received a check worth €2,022.
