Magdalena Nothaft , born , living and working in Germany, has been traveling the world with Art. Showing her Art in Australia, South Africa, Island, Austria and Germany. She has studied Art with the famous German Artist Markus Lüpertz and has been his Master student. Magdalena runs her own little , but exclusive and very special Gallery in Oberstdorf, a famous German Skiresort. Her Gallery, www.galerie-oberstdorf.de, (in a 400y. old Heritage site)and her Art are well known for unconventional exhibitions, where Art lovers find extraordinary Art for special prizes. Her Artwork is versatile. She does paintings, collages, and lately she has developed digital art, were she draws on a mobile phone. Banksy, Andy Warhol, Picasso, David Hockney, Hundertwasser and William Kentridge have influenced her Work. She has been taught as well by Zhou Brothers, Voka, Ludwig Christian Attersee and she often works with the professional German Artist, Jürgen Welker , at Tegernsee. Her way to approach art is spontaneous, unconventional, fast and very emotional. Her scenes are personal and sometimes critical to social themes. Magdalena loves nature and watching people, that she reflects at her paintings.
