Manon van den Hurk

Material: oil on canvas
Size: 60 x 50 cm

Impression of a small artisanal factory.
Manon van den Hurk, has studied 5 years painting and 2 years specializing on Academie der Schoone Kunsten Arendonk Belgium, She mainly works in oil on canvas. She is focussed on surfaces, shapes and lines from which the world around us is built. By making these visible, figurative paintings are created that have a highly alienating effect. It is more important to her to evoke an atmosphere rather than to create a realistic image.
