I was inspired by the beauty canadian nature. Especially, by the many waterfalls found all over British Columbia. This is acrylic painting on canvas and represents my abstract impressionIstic style. The picture is painted all around, so a frame is not needed.
I am originally from Belarus and have been living in Canada for many years. I am member of Canadian Artists’ Representation / Le Front des Artistes Canadien, BC and New West Artists Society in New Westminster, BC, Canada.
My favourite subjects are impressionism and abstract painting.
I often visit and explorer the national and provincial parks of Canada and the United States including mountains, rainforests and beaches provide me with unlimited inspiration to capture the beauty of nature. I focus on acrylic and oil paintings to give my audience access to amazing sceneries. My experience in photographing and sketc?hing wilderness is a base for transforming the information into my artworks.
To replicate obvious beauty of nature, I study and explore various elements, like light, color, and texture.
In my paintings I use realistic scenery and my imagination to interpret the beauty of nature and create a dreamlike landscape.
My goal is to catch the audiences eyes and mind with a deep atmospheric perspectives on my artworks.
To achieve this effect I analyzed the contrast of colours, light and shadows filtering the mass of nature scenery and transforming my vision into the painting.
I hope you enjoy viewing my artwork.
