Secret observation

Material: Acrylic on Canvas
Size: 60 x 80 cm

A colorful work that invites the viewer to let his imagination run wild and go on a journey of discovery. The work gives you the courage to get involved in new things.
Birgit Günther wants to encourage people to feel free and to go unfamiliar paths – courage pays off. In her work she feels the freedom to express herself without coercion. The artist wants to experiment, tensions and irritations Create overlays. To do this, she uses different techniques, layers and materials. The entire color palette is available, is used skillfully, painterly and lively and reflects Günther’s zest for life and determination. In her art she clearly and decisively sets her colors, surfaces, lines and structures. The resulting compositions are powerful and lively. The lightness in the pictures is created by a sweeping brushstroke. They are complex and allow many interpretations for the viewer. Motifs are alienated through abstraction and a wide variety of materials. Curious and prudent, she would like to explore techniques and painting styles and incorporate them intelligently into motifs. The resulting structures are lively and moving. Her art should have an effect on people to perceive the positive and the joy in what they do. Her vision is that every person becomes aware of his abilities and uses them positively in his life. Birgit Günther was born in Ludwigsburg, BW in 1962. She studied at the Academy of Fine Arts in Munich. She is also a certified mediator. She lives and works in Munich. For several years she has devoted herself entirely to painting – for several years with great success. Her work can be seen at national and international exhibitions..
