My darkest hour felt like Suicide in slow motion when I saw my possible future(visions of Suicide scared me back in 2007 but taking my own life was not the answer),in 2015 and 2020 was again very dark for me but my medicine and professional help saved me. So my message to everyone is try to find help and talk to people about your darkness
